Cambridge, MA6 weeks

The Broad Summer Scholars Program is a free, six-week summer research experience hosted by the Broad Institute, one of the world's leading biomedical and genomic research centers. Selected high school students are paired with Broad scientists to conduct original research in fields such as cancer biology, computational biology, infectious disease, and psychiatric disease. Beyond hands-on laboratory work, participants attend scientific talks, develop poster presentation skills, and present their findings at the end of the program. The program also provides a $3,600 stipend, making it one of the most prestigious and accessible research opportunities available to high school students.
