The Bella Abzug Leadership Institute (BALI) Journey to Leadership Program is a six-week summer leadership program for female-identifying and gender expansive youth ages 13 to 21 in the NYC metropolitan area. Participants engage in workshops, seminars, debate labs, and networking opportunities designed to build social-emotional competencies, confidence, and essential leadership skills. The program runs Monday through Friday and welcomes up to 60 trainees per cohort across three separate cohort groups. It is a meaningful opportunity for young leaders to develop their voices and connect with a community of like-minded peers.
