TEAMS (Tests of Engineering Aptitude, Mathematics, and Science) is an annual, theme-based STEM competition administered by the Technology Student Association that challenges teams of two to four students to solve real-world engineering problems. The competition features four distinct components — a Design/Build challenge, a Multiple Choice exam, a Mathematical Modeling exercise, and a research Essay — allowing students to demonstrate both technical knowledge and creative problem-solving. TEAMS is one of the most well-rounded engineering competitions available to middle and high school students, offering a rigorous and rewarding experience for those passionate about math, science, and engineering.
