The Summer Neuroscience Program (SNP) is a free two-week intensive course at Rockefeller University that introduces New York City public high school students to modern neuroscience and brain research. Led by Rockefeller graduate students, participants engage in hands-on laboratory experiences, including brain tissue dissection, original experiment design, and scientific article presentations. Students also tour cutting-edge research facilities and collaborate with peers and mentors throughout the program. SNP is a rare opportunity for aspiring scientists to immerse themselves in world-class neuroscience research at one of the most respected research universities in the country.
