UTHealth Pathway Programs is a suite of career exploration initiatives offered by UTHealth Houston that introduces high school students to the world of healthcare through mentorship, hands-on learning, and immersive educational experiences. Programs include the five-day IMPACT Program, where students earn BLS certification, explore ten medical specialties, and network with physicians and medical students, as well as the Emerging Health Professions (EHP) Program, a full-day experience exposing students to a wide range of health careers.
