The Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) is a fellowship-based initiative that develops the next generation of environmental and social change leaders through regional and national programs. Fellows connect with peers, mentors, and experienced environmental professionals through community engagement, leadership development experiences, and substantive networking opportunities. Participants gain access to a growing alumni network of over 2,000 environmental leaders and build lifelong professional connections that extend well beyond the program itself. ELP is a transformative opportunity for high school students who are passionate about environmental advocacy and committed to creating meaningful change in their communities.
