Neurocamp is a free, eight-day summer program hosted by the UCLA Brain Research Institute that immerses 30 selected high school students in the science of the brain. Participants gain hands-on experience in molecular neurobiology, neurophysiology, and neuroanatomy through activities like brain dissection and laboratory work alongside UCLA faculty and undergraduates. The program is open to students in grades 9 through 12 who reside in Los Angeles County. It is a rare opportunity to explore cutting-edge neuroscience research in a real university setting at absolutely no cost.
