The Schieffer Summer Journalism Camp is an intensive one-week program hosted by Texas Christian University for high school students interested in digital reporting and media careers. Held on the TCU campus, participants receive instruction from university faculty alongside mentorship from working media professionals from the Fort Worth and Dallas area. Students develop hands-on reporting skills, learning to generate story ideas and produce content for newscasts and websites. It is an excellent opportunity for aspiring journalists to experience college-level media training in a professional environment.
