Camp Cronkite is a selective summer media program hosted by Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, open to students in grades 10 through 12. Participants live on ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus and receive hands-on training in writing, interviewing, visual storytelling, and personal branding, with elective options in videography, podcasting, sports photography, and social media. The program is led by professional journalists and faculty from one of the most respected journalism schools in the country. For students interested in media, communications, or broadcasting, Camp Cronkite offers an immersive and career-focused experience unlike anything available at the high school level.
