The Indigenous Youth Media Workshop is a summer program offered by Northern Arizona University's School of Communication for high school students passionate about media and storytelling. Participants gain hands-on experience across a wide range of creative disciplines, including filmmaking, photography, broadcast journalism, animation, virtual reality, and game design. Students work in NAU's professional studios and labs under the guidance of experienced faculty mentors, building real skills and confidence in media production. It is an exceptional opportunity for aspiring storytellers to explore their creativity and develop a foundation for careers in the media industry.
