The Build Up High School Internship is a paid, 8-week summer program offered by DPR Construction that gives students hands-on experience in the construction industry. Rising juniors, seniors, and recent graduates work 35 to 40 hours per week on active construction jobsites, supporting real construction management tasks like subcontractor coordination and document control under the guidance of dedicated mentor teams.
