SkillsUSA National Championships is one of the largest hands-on workforce development events in the world, bringing together more than 7,000 state champions to compete in 115 events spanning career and technical fields. Students must first win at local chapter competitions before advancing through district, regional, and state levels to earn their spot at the national stage. The championship is held each June at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, where participants compete head-to-head in skilled and leadership competitions across industries like health sciences, engineering, and the trades. It is one of the most prestigious career and technical education competitions available to high school students.
