The Brain Awareness Video Contest is an annual international competition organized by BrainFacts and the Society for Neuroscience that challenges students to create short, engaging videos explaining neuroscience concepts to a general audience. Participants produce original videos, ideally under three minutes, that are judged on professional quality, clarity, originality, and audience appeal. The contest has featured over 100 videos since its launch in 2011, drawing creative entries from students worldwide. It is a unique opportunity for students passionate about neuroscience and filmmaking to share their knowledge on a global stage, completely free of charge.
