Dartmouth College

The Joint Science Education Project (JSEP) is an international STEM program run by Dartmouth College in collaboration with Greenland, the United States, and Denmark that immerses high school students in hands-on polar research. Participants conduct real fieldwork in Arctic environments, studying climate change and polar science alongside university students, teachers, and international mentors. The program traces its roots to the International Polar Year in 2007 and has since grown into one of the most distinctive science education experiences available to young researchers. For students passionate about environmental science, engineering, or global collaboration, JSEP offers a truly rare opportunity to contribute to meaningful scientific work on the world stage.
