NYU Democracy Scholars is a free three-week residential summer program at New York University for rising high school seniors in New York City that combines political philosophy, college preparation, and civic leadership development. Students participate in small discussion-based seminars led by NYU professors, engaging with texts ranging from classical literature to contemporary history while building college-level reading and writing skills.
