The Theatre & Dance Summer STARS Camps are a series of week-long day camps hosted by the University of New Hampshire's Department of Theatre and Dance for students in grades 1 through 12. The program offers four specialized sessions tailored to different age groups and interests, including Twinkle Stars (storytelling and puppet-making for grades 1 to 3), All Stars Music and Drama Camp (grades 3 to 5), STARS Theatre Academy (playwriting, acting, and technical theatre for grades 6 to 9), and STARS Summer Dance Intensive (multiple dance disciplines for grades 5 to 12). Each session runs Monday through Friday for one week in July, with costs ranging from $250 to $415 depending on the session. Led by the faculty and resources of a university theatre and dance department, these camps offer a rare opportunity for young performers to develop their craft in a focused, professional environment.
