Operation Smile Student Programs is a global service organization that unites high school students around the mission of providing cleft care and life-changing surgical treatment to children in need. Members participate in fundraising, advocacy, and medical volunteering efforts that span more than 40 countries worldwide. Through hands-on involvement, students develop leadership skills and gain meaningful exposure to global health equity and humanitarian work. It is one of the most impactful service opportunities available to high school students who want to make a difference on a truly international scale.
