The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Virtual Architecture Summer Camp Academy is a one-week intensive program offered by UWM's School of Architecture and Urban Planning for students in grades 9 through 12. Led by SARUP faculty and supported by graduate students, participants explore the fundamentals of architectural design, digital modeling tools, and how to read and communicate through architectural drawings. The program, which has been running for over two decades, combines online instruction with an optional in-person component, giving students a well-rounded introduction to the field. At $625, it is an excellent opportunity for aspiring architects and designers to gain real skills and experience the college-level study of architecture firsthand.
