The Kelley Women's Leadership Institute (KWLI) is a selective, free pre-college program offered by the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Available in both virtual (two-day) and in-person (one-day) formats, participants engage with top Kelley faculty through lectures and hands-on business case projects. The program focuses on building leadership and communication skills alongside peers from across the country. It is a compelling opportunity for young women interested in exploring business careers and developing the skills needed to succeed in them.
