The LaunchX Online Summer Innovation Program is an intensive three week virtual entrepreneurship experience designed for high school students interested in business, problem solving, and innovation. In the program, students work in teams to tackle real challenges faced by partner companies, acting as consultants to research the problem, analyze customer needs, and develop practical solutions. Guided by mentors and industry professionals, participants learn how innovation works within established organizations through activities such as market research, idea development, prototyping, and pitching. The program emphasizes hands on, collaborative learning and culminates in a final presentation where teams share their solutions and receive feedback from professionals. It is designed to give students real world experience, build teamwork and communication skills, and develop a strong foundation in entrepreneurial thinking.
