Learning to Be Heard is a free, global virtual public speaking competition for high school students aged 14 to 18, offered by Immerse Education in partnership with TED. Participants submit a one-minute video responding to the prompt: "Imagine everyone in the world is listening to you for one minute. What message or idea would you share, and why?" The competition is open to students of all nationalities and backgrounds, with clarity of ideas prioritized over perfect English skills. It is a rare opportunity for young people around the world to develop their voice and share their perspective on a truly global stage.
