Hatch Idea Lab is an entrepreneurship and design thinking program run by One Stone that empowers high school students across the Treasure Valley to launch real businesses, products, and community-focused ventures. Students participate in after-school and summer experiences where they develop their own ideas or collaborate on projects for community partners, receiving seed money, mentorship, and hands-on coaching along the way. The program guides participants through a structured design thinking process to transform innovative concepts into viable startups and high-impact projects. It is one of the most unique opportunities available to high school students who want to build entrepreneurial skills and make a tangible difference in their community.
