The Business Careers Awareness Program (BCAP) is a free, week-long residential summer program hosted by the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and funded through an EY scholarship for high school juniors. Participants dive into coursework covering entrepreneurship, marketing, business communications, and accounting, and compete in a hands-on business plan case competition. Students also have the opportunity to network directly with business professionals and experience college life firsthand on the University of Arizona campus. BCAP is an outstanding opportunity for juniors to explore business careers at no cost while gaining real academic and professional exposure.
