The Summer Leadership Academy is a selective week-long program at Mercy University designed for rising high school seniors with strong academic records, leadership experience, and a passion for business. Participants engage in active learning sessions led by executive faculty from top global companies, exploring topics such as leadership archetypes, personal branding, career mindset, and careers in finance, accounting, and marketing. The program costs $695 per student (covering food and activities), with tuition provided free of charge. It is an excellent opportunity for motivated students to experience university life firsthand while building the skills and connections that will set them apart in college and beyond.
