The UPenn Management & Technology Summer Institute (M&TSI) is a rigorous three-week program for high school students interested in the intersection of business, engineering, and technology. Hosted by the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, it offers hands-on projects, lectures, and team challenges led by Penn faculty. Students explore how innovation drives both business strategy and technological development, while gaining insight into real-world problem-solving. The program also gives participants a preview of life at Penn and the collaborative culture of M&T.
